Jeremy Lee is the head chef and proprietor at Quo Vadis. His food has been consistently applauded by London’s food critics and was described by Jay Rayner as “one of those rare phenomena in the London food world: a chap everyone agrees is a good thing.” Jeremy Lee was a finalist in BBC’s Great British Menu and presented Could You Eat an Elephant? alongside Fergus Henderson.
