I’ve always believed that there is a strong connection between food and memory. Most, if not all of my strongest memories are in some way connected to food, be it the taste, process, or even smell. I’m interested to listen to others share their memories, joyful, painful, bitter, and sweet. This week I chatted to the hugely talented Ben Tish about the foods that bring him joy and trigger memory.
